BEFORE WE SHIP YOUR PORTRAIT.
+ Processing time is separate from shipping time.
+ All our products are handmade and individually handled, please allow 2-5 days processing time - we craft and handle each product individually.
+ Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number.
+ Orders are processed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).
+ We ship worldwide.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
Due to the nature of the customization, we do not accept returns. However, we do create a new portrait for you, if the one you had received is damaged.
Please make sure you upload a high quality photo so our designers can draw your unique features the best way possible.
WHERE DO WE SHIP FROM?
Limited Merchandise products are crafted and shipped from our print partners in USA and the United Kingdom.
HOW LONG UNTIL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Please allow 7-14 days for US deliveries and 12-20 days for International deliveries.
98% of orders are delivered within 12-14 business days. In rare cases within 21 days.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CUSTOMS CHARGES.
Please note that local charges (eg. sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customer's own expense.
OUR DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY.
Limited Merchandise does not hold or accept any responsibility for packages that have been stated as items lost, stolen, stuck in transit, or delivered. We do not issue refunds for packages that the courier confirms as lost in transit or delivered. Please contact your local postal service to locate your order.
Limited Merchandise is not responsible for the payment of Customs or VAT fees. The fees vary by each country. By processing an order, you agree and acknowledge you will pay any Customs or VAT fees that may occur.
