What if the product I ordered is damaged in the mail?

We ask for photo verification of the damaged goods sent to info@limitedmerchandise.com, then we'll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.

 

How long do I have to submit a claim for a return/exchange?

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 3 days after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. 

 

What if the package is lost in the transit?

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We'll cover the costs of shipping a replacement order for you.

If tracking information states an order was delivered but the customer hasn't received it, we won't take responsibility and reship that order. In that case, any replacements or new orders would have to be at customer's expense.

 

I don't want/like the product and want to return it. How can I do it?

In the unlikely event an item arrives with any issues please get in touch within 3 days of receiving it.

Our policy is valid for 30 days from the day of payment. If 30 days have gone by since your complete payment, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. It must be in resellable condition.

How long until I receive my order?

Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.

98% of orders are delivered within 12-14 business days. In rare cases within 21 days.

 

Do I have to pay customs duty/local tax?

Please note that local charges (eg. sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customer's own expense.
