Where do we ship from?
Limited Merchandise products are crafted and shipped from our factories in USA, Europe and the United Kingdom.
How long until I receive my order?
Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.
98% of orders are delivered within 12-14 business days. In rare cases within 21 days.
Please note that local charges (eg. sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customer's own expense.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. In rare cases and for some countries delivery can take up to 30 days.
Shipping, Delivery & Returns Policy
+ Processing time is separate from shipping time.
+ All our products are handmade and individually handled, please allow 2-5 days processing time - we craft and handle each product individually.
+ Standard shipping time is 7-14 days.
+ Some orders might be delivered within 7 days.
+ International orders usually take 10-20 days to deliver, in rare cases up to 30 days.
+ Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number.
+ Orders are processed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).
+ We ship worldwide.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. All items returned to Limited Merchandise due to an undeliverable addresses or issues with Customs, refunds will be issued excluding the shipping charge.
Limited Merchandise does not hold or accept any responsibility for packages that have been stated as items lost, stolen, stuck in transit, or delivered. We do not issue refunds for packages that the courier confirms as lost in transit or delivered. Please contact your local postal service to locate your order.
Limited Merchandise is not responsible for the payment of Customs or VAT fees. The fees vary by each country. By processing an order, you agree and acknowledge you will pay any Customs or VAT fees that may occur.
In the unlikely event an item arrives with any issues please get in touch within 3 days of receiving it.
Our policy is valid for 30 days from the day of payment. If 30 days have gone by since your complete payment, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. It must be in resellable condition.Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Discounted products
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
- Items with obvious signs of use
- Products that have been opened and the original packaging damaged or destroyed.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund - whether is has been rejected or approved.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.Just send us pictures of a damaged product and we will be happy to exchange it for the new one.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We are not held accountable for lost items or damage sustained during shipping.
